Segulah amulet for livelihood and success from the gaon, the author of Yismach Moshe in the name of the holy rabbi, light of the world, the Besh”t ztz”l, which was blessed by the holy, pure hands of Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar.
Amulet published in Brooklyn, NY, USA by Rabbi Glickman, a scribe who first published this well-known amulet by the author of Yismach Moshe on stiff paper – which was a tremendous innovation in his time. He took the amulets he printed to Rabbi Yoel Teitelbaum of Satmar who blessed all these amulets.
Two certificates of authenticity are included with this lot.
1. Certificate from one of Rabbi Yoel of Satmar’s gabbais, confirming that he was present when Rabbi Glickman z”l brought the Admor of Satmar these amulets and the Admor of Satmar blessed them.
2. Certificate from the recipient of the amulet who wrote on a leaf on which there is a copy of the amulet on its reverse, as follows: “I, the undersigned, confirm that amulet of the author of Yismach Moshe ztzuk”l on the reverse was purchased by me from one of the sons of Rabbi Meir Yisrael Goldberger, who was known as one of those who wrote Divrei Yoel by our holy rabbi of Satmar. He explicitly told me that the Admor put his hand on it and blessed it among 100 like it. It is known in the Satmar community of the United States that Rabbeinu Yoel of Satmar blessed these amulets. I bought this one forty years ago. I therefore sign, Rabbi Moshe Eliezer Pfeffer, rabbi of the Selish-Chertkov study hall.
Fine condition, signs of wear, pasted with old glue to preserve the amulet.
