171, [1], 315 leaves, 31-32 cm.
The first volume was printed at Peretz-Gegin press under the supervision of Zukerman. The second volume was printed at Zukerman press. Nice illustration of the "Beit E-l" Sephardic synagogue in Jerusalem at the end of the first volume.
New, half-leather bindings. Title pages and three first leaves of volume 1 have been restored. A number of leaves in volume 2 have tears, without loss. Fine condition.

Halachic work in Ladino, this section includes the laws of Orach Chaim. The author was Rabbi in Sarajevo before immigrating to Jerusalem, where he passed away in [1898]. Following the title page, in a border, is a request from the publisher, R' Refael Pinchas di Sigora. Author's introduction and tens of names of people who helped pay for the printing of the work.
The book is not listed in A. Yaari's bibliography of books in Ladino.

Section one: [4] leaves, [3]-172 pages. Section two: [1] IV leaves, 294 pages, 22 cm. Ladino. Comprehensive commentary on tractate Avot. The title page of section one notes that it was printed in Cairo, however it was actually printed in Jerusalem by Ezriel press. Refer to A. Yaari's list of Ladino works, 91, which notes that the place of printing was changed due to Turkish censorship. The second section was printed a year later, after the Turkish Revolution, so Jerusalem is listed.
Simple, blemished binding. Detached binding. A number of loose leaves. Minimal stains. Fine condition. The first section is bound after the second.

Includes more than 500 songs recited on Shabbat, holidays and happy occasions in the Adrianople community in Turkey. With an index of maqam melodies. Large work, significant for the study of the history of Turkish Jewry and their customs. Lengthy, important letter by historian Shlomo Rozanes, and a letter from Chaim Nachman Bialik [!]. A parallel, abridged edition of this work was printed. Instructions in Ladino for some songs. Especially rare book.
New binding. Small tears in the first leaves. Fine condition. Additional poems were added in a clear hand at the end of the book.

The Psalms were printed with punctuated letters, the Ladino translation with Rashi letters, on facing columns. The book is not listed by Yaari.

Ladino translation with punctuated letters. The Maariv prayer for Passover night at the beginning of the haggda, with hymns at the conclusion [which were customarily NOT recited by the Sephardim]. Tens of woodcut vignettes and initial letters. Similar haggadot were printed in Leghorn that year; however this was printed at Tobiana press.
Old binding. Stains. Leaves 21-22 are detached with a tear, without loss. Solitary worming holes on the last leaves. Moderate condition.

67, [5] leaves. 18 cm. Idra Raba in large letters followed by kabalistic prayers, with instructions in Ladino. The "Minchat Zikaron" is printed at the end of the book with Ladino poems.
The book owner added two leaves bearing handwritten, punctuated prayers. Additional promotional leaf at the conclusion for a book written by Rabbi Moshe Dovid Alcalay.
