The prayerbook is not listed bibliographically. The title page of the prayerbook lists Warsaw, 1897. It's back bears the censor's approval from 1898. The title page of Psalms lists Warsaw, 1898. Includes prayers for weekdays, Shabbat, holidays, and High Holidays. The second pagination includes the Hoshanot, Haggadah, Selichot, and yotzrot. The third pagination includes the Torah readings for Shabbat Minchah and Monday and Thursday mornings. The last pagination features the Psalms, with a separate title page and the Yehi Ratzon prayers recited before and after Psalms. Missing a leaf at the start of Hoshanot.

Rabbi Aharon Berachiah of Modena was an Italian rabbi and kabbalist in the first half of the 18th century. He is noted for his written work, Maavar Yabok.

Page 139 and its facing page bear stickers featuring a printed text correction. Uncommon prayerbook.

Large volume of a prayerbook for cantors, in large letters, with elucidations, commentaries, and laws. This is the first section, and it includes prayers for weekdays, Shabbat, Selichot for the High Holidays, and the Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur prayers with all hymns. Includes the special prayers recited by the Ashkenazic community. Ends with the Kuntres Minhagim. Two title pages. The first title page is a copperplate engraving with the artist's name printed on the bottom of the picture. The endpaper bears the dates of death of family members.
Minimal aging stains. Marginal reinforcements to leaf 49-50. Fine-very fine condition.

Interesting stamp on the title page and other locations: "Stolen from the library of the Jewish Morning Journal." This institution closed over 70 years ago, in 1951, and its books were scattered. This stamp was used decades ago to prevent robberies.
