On the title page is a dedication in the author's handwriting: 'A priestly gift sent to the Knesset Yisrael synagogue Nedivei Am headed by the great Rabbi Shraga known as Dr. Rosenberg, and may they be blessed with all bounty with the priestly blessing'. Under the dedication is his personal stamp Aharon HaCohen Av Beit Din of נאוואשווענצאני, suburb of Vilna.

Rabbi Aharon HaCohen [1865-1936], son-in-law of the Chafetz Chaim. A Rabbi in Lithuania and in Tel Aviv, author of many books.
