The Rebbe Rabbi Yaakov Friedman of Husiatyn [1879-1957] author of 'Ohalei Yaakov', son of the Rebbe Rabbi Yitzchak of Bohush and son-in-law of his uncle, Rabbi Yisrael of Husiatyn. a great genius and expert in Torah and chassidut, and widely knowledgeable in secular knowledge. One of the founders of the "Chevrat Yishuv Eretz Yisrael" in the city of Vienna. Immigrated to Israel in 1937, and after his great father-in-law's death was appointed as Rebbe of Husiatyn in the city of Tel Aviv. The book 'Ohalei Yaakov' was printed from his teachings.
