A letter to the emissary Rabbi Chaim Shlomo Abulafia and for all places, with a request for support of the Sephardi and Ashkenazi congregations in the city of Safed. 

Specifications: [1] leaf, paper, 21x31 cm. Sephardi handwriting. 

Unique Features: The letter describes the financial poverty of the Rabbis of Safed, the congregation's debts and the great merit of one who supports and revives the holy settlement of the Land of Israel. 

Content: "This city is close with each seeing the other..a city full of sages...the holy congregations of the Sephardim and Ashkenazim, and when both of them come together, all beloved, all holy, and all of Israel camped together with nothing dividing them, the Divine presence rests among them...and our lips command us to relate the praises...that apart from all of the goodness of the sephardi Rabbis and Gaonim, who have always treated the Rabbis and Gaonim of community with kindness and goodness, because the entire congregation is holy like one person, friends and brothers...".
