Hon Ashir. Commentaries and novellae on the Shisha Sidrei Mishna, by kabalist Rabbi Emanuel Chai Rikki. Amsterdam, [1731]. First edition. Antiquated oriental signature on the title page. [2], 168, [2] leaves, 22 cm. Commentaries according to Kabbala. With poems between tractates and sedarim, and on the last two leaves. Music notes were added to one of the poems regarding 'shabbat and mila and tefilin b'kavana'. Many sketches between the leaves of commentary. About 15 years before the book was printed, the author wanted to print it in Venice under a name with the opposite connotation - "Dikdukei Aniyut"- but he was not successful. In his introduction, the author discusses the interesting reason for this. Simple binding. The margins have been reinforced. Stains. Minimal marginal worming holes. Moderate-fine condition.
