Letter written and signed by Rabbi Moshe Yechiel HaLevi Epstein, sent to Rabbi Moshe Yair Weinstock.

The letter discusses the expense of printing his works [refers in this context to R"M Margoliot], and the conclusion of copying the errata from his works. He mentions the Rebbe of Gur and asks that he pray for him because he is very weak. He also asks that he pray for him at the holy sites, and includes names of people who are looking for marriage partners and more.

Rabbi Moshe Yechiel HaLevi Epstein [1889-1971] was the Rebbe of Ozerov-Chentchin. He was born in Ozerov. His father was Rabbi Avraham Shlomo who was Av Beit Din and Rebbe in the city. He started serving as Rebbe at the age of 22. In 1926, he moved to America and then immigrated to Eretz Yisrael in 1953. He was a member of the Moetzet Gedolei Hatorah and a winner of the Israel Prize for Jewish Religious Literature in [1968]. He authored Esh Das and Be'er Moshe on the Torah.
