Illustration of a hand cuffed to a chain holding a menorah with the text "Kol hamamin b'geula shleima" - [whoever believes in the complete redemption]. The back features the stamp of the Congress and "Tel Chai B'aretz HaKodesh." The back features a printed emblem, possibly designed by Arthur Szyk.
