Novellae and elucidations regarding nazirut, arranged according to Hilchot Nazirut of the Rambam, by Rabbi Yitzchak Hutner.

Specifications: [4], 3-137, [1] page. 30 cm.

Unique features: Original jacket - very rare. Approbation from Rabbi Chaim Ozer Grodzinski; Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaKohen Kook; and Rabbi Avraham Dovber Kahana Shapiro, Av Beit Din of Kovno, author of Devar Avraham. (Rabbi Kook's approbation was omitted from later editions.)

Background: Rabbi Hunter was twenty six-years-old when this work was printed; a talmid in Knesset Yisrael, Slobodka-Hebron. In 1925, he immigrated with the group of students who established the yeshiva in Hebron. During this period, he became acquainted with Rabbi Kook and was charmed by his personality. He returned to Warsaw, his birthplace, before the pogroms of 1929.
This is the only one of Rabbi Hutner's works relating to responsa and in-depth studies; all of his other works relate to tenets of Jewish thought and philosophy.

Condition: Excellent.
