The letter is addressed to Rabbi Alexander Yudasin - typewritten with corrections and comments in the Admor's holy hand.
In the letter, the Rebbe extends his blessing for the three Tanya lessons already held, and notes that three times is a chazakah (tenure), and therefore the participants have 'made a acquisition of soul over body.' He also notes that they were presently among the days of Purim, when there is a segulah regarding "venafoch hu," that the peoples of the land became Judaized, for the fear of the Jews fell upon them. The Rebbe encourages the participants to continue participating in the lessons.

HaKriyah V'HaKedushah periodical. [Reading in Sanctity.] "Magazine on Torah- Jewish topics in the spirit of Chabad chassidut." The main journal disseminating the words of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak of Lubavitch. Published by Agudat Chassidei Chabad. New York, 1940-1945.
The issues include articles and talks by the Admor the RY"Tz, including the four famous "Kol Koreh" leaflets in which the Rebbe announced "l'alter l'teshuvah l'alter l'geulah." Also featured is the mysterious column, "Otiot Porchot," where word snippets in clues were published, some of which were later understood about various events connected to World War II and the fate of the Jews. The magazine was printed continuously throughout the years of the World War and the Holocaust of European Jewry.
Written in Yiddish at the top of the first booklet: "The magazine is published under the supervision and personal participation of the Admor the RY"Tz." But subsequently in the second booklet the phrasing is different, instead worded: "With permission and blessing from the Lubavitcher Rebbe" but no more, and this inscription was likewise printed in all of the next sixty issues. However, Rabbi Menachem Mendel related that his father-in-law, the Rebbe, proofread the journal and wrote parts of it, particularly sections related to Chabad history.
