Machzor for cantor [large format: 30 cm.], Sulzbach 1699, second section. Woodcut decorations surrounding the titles. Handwritten kabbalistic comments written soon after this work was printed. Missing its end.
Most of the comments are short, just a few words [אלקים אין בלתך ,אין - ל"ב...]. In a few places,the writer added various G-dly names above the words of prayer.
Owner notations on the endpaper from 1700s.
Worn, half-leather binding. Detached leaves. Worming damages. Stains. Loss of text on some leaves that has been filled-in by hand.
Moderate condition.
Machzor Krovot - five volumes. Perfectly arranged and completely accurate, translated and explained in German by Rabbi Wolf Heidenheim, proofread by Rabbi Isaac Berlin, Hanover 1839.
First and second days of Rosh HaShanah [separate title page for each part], Shmini Atzeret and Simchat Torah, first and second days of Passover, seventh and eighth days of Passover, Shavuot festival.
Two of the volumes are in original leather bindings with gilded decorations and stamping.
Stains. Fine condition.
Prayers for contemplation and introspection, translated into Italian by Marco Tadski, Asti [Italy] 1851.
Title page in blue ink, Italian with Hebrew title. In 1848, the prayers were translated into French, and here they appear in Italian. This edition received many accolades from the rabbis in Italy. After page 6, there is a printed picture of people praying in the synagogue and the Hebrew inscription 'שמחתי באומרים לי בית ה' נלך'.
Rare. Does not appear in the National Library.

Printed papers with nusach Sephard are on the margins of the two siddurs, affixed in various places where there are differences between the versions.

The bindings are worn, aside from this, fine condition.

The prayer book Al Kanfei Hanefesh. Translated and commentated in Hungarian. By Rabbi Efraim Fischel Dr. Kraus. Published by the author. Sarvar. 1935. Single edition. An additional title page in Hungarian. This is the first, and perhaps only, Hebrew book printed in Sarvar [Hungary].
The prayer book is according to the Polish custom, Ashkenazi liturgy. It contains prayers for weekdays and Shabbat, amidah prayers for the Three Pilgrim Festivals, Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur.
504, [1] XXI pages. This is the only book in the National Library which is recorded to have been printed in Sarvar.
Repaired binding with gilded writing. Front binding and spine are detached, reinforcements with sellotape on the spine, the first leaves are detached.
Moderate condition.
