Large collection of hundreds of coins and bills from Germany, Italy, Holland, England, France, Austria and Czechoslovakia, most from the 20th century, 1875-977.
Coins:
Italy: 3 ten cent coins, 1 twenty cents, 1 fifty cents and 1 of 2 liras from 1921-1931. Holland: about 20 coins worth 10, 2.5, 1, and 25 cents from 1902-1936.
England: About 40 ten, two and one pence coins from 1956-1975. In addition to 2 fifty pence coins and about 20 one penny coins from 1901-1936. One 2 shilling coin from 1948. Sixpence coin from 1959.
Germany: 2 one pfennig coins, 2 two pfennig coins from 1875-1924. 2 one pfennig, 1 ten pfennig and 2 fifty pfennig coins from 1935-6. 50 pfennig from 1967.
France: 3 fifty cent coins, 2 ten cents, 1 twenty five cent and 2 fifty cent coins. 3 one franc coins and 1 two franc coins from 1922-1936.
Switzerland: 2 five cent coins from 1909-1930, 20 cent coin from 1931. Austria: Two groschen coin from 1937, 50 groschen coin from 1935.
Czechoslovakia: 10 Heller coin from 1925.
Bills:
About 100 ‘notgeld’ bills from various German provinces worth 10-75 pfennigs. From the era of the Weimar Republic, between 1918-1922. 16 bills worth 1,2,10 Mark from the same era.
The collection is preserved in a modern wood case. The coins are in very fine condition. The bills are in varied condition. Moderate – very fine.
