About 300 rabbis and community leaders participated in the convention. Rabbi Horowitz, Rabbi of the Also-Kubin, Hungary community, describes the impressive occasion. The convention was initiated by Rabbi Aharon Mendel HaKohen, Ashkenazic Rabbi of Alexandria.
