Manuscript. New interpretations on Tractate Avot, a few on Psalms, and other various issues, handwritten by Rabbi Modhe Stroli, dayan and moreh tzedek in Nagybánya. Seven pages of differing sizes. On a small page is written an abstract of the laws pertaining to alienation. Rabbi Moshe was the son-in-law of Rabbi Yisrael Moshe Feldman, Head of the Beit Din of Regmirst, who was the son-in-law of the Maharsha”m, and from 1939 he was a dayan in Nagybánya. He died in the Holocasut. He is noted in the responsa of the Mara”m of Brisk, and in the responsa “Afarkesta D'Aniya,” “Mishnat Yaakov,” and others. (See “Chochmei Transylvania, pg. 248.)
