Placard issued by the "Vaad HaEzra L'Yehudei Russia B'Yerushalayim" appealing for assistance for the hungry Jews in Russia and for a Passover campaign to be announced on Shabbat Vayikra, Parshat Zachor in all Jerusalem synagogues and batei medrash. C. 1920.

The appeal was issued on behalf and with the approval of the Rabbanut HaReishit L'Eretz Yisrael.
