Selichot for the whole year with teitch and the shacharit prayer, the laws of tallit and tefillin and their blessings, laws of Torah scrolls and portions read during the days of Selichot, with Hadrat Kodesh in Yiddish, parts one and two [in two volumes]. Carefully and intensively proofread with much attention to the details of the letters and vowels by Aharon Eisdelan, printed at the press of the widow and orphans of the late Yosef Proops, Amsterdam 1800.
Two volumes, 19 cm. Both volumes are in their original leather bindings with gilt imprints. The first part is in fine condition except for leather peelings on the spine. The binding of the second volume is damaged - the front is lacking, the spine and back are worn. Both volumes' leaves are in very fine condition.
Unknown edition of these Selichot, which were printed in Amsterdam.

Songs for Simchat Torah according to the custom of Baghdad. [1935]
The songs were first printed by Yehudah Cohen, the "shamash" of 'Knesset Eliyahu' in Bombay, 1885. The edition before us was published by his son, Meir Tzion Moshe Yehudah, in Shanghai, 1935. It is among the only books published in Shanghai before the Holocaust, prior to the arrival of the refugees from the Lithuanian yeshivas.

Seven memorial pages for those murdered in the Holocaust are bound at the end of this edition. Among the last books printed in Lodz before the outbreak of the Holocaust.
