Detailed certificate for a shipment of 48 boxes of chicken from Amsterdam to Tangiers (Morocco). Includes weight and codes on the boxes, with the signature of Rabbi Aharon Shuster, Rabbi of Holland, the seal of the chief rabbinate of Holland, and the seal of the Beit Din of Tangier.

Rabbi Aharon Shuster was the only rabbi from among the rabbis of Holland to have survived the Holocaust. After the war he returned to Holland to revive the Jewish community of Amsterdam. In honor of his service to the community the central synagogue of Amsterdam is named for him.
The certificates are in fine condition. Slight tears on the margins with no text loss.
