At the bottom it says it was written in memory of … Wooden frame engraved with the phrase: שיויתי ה’ לנגדי and a Star of David. Colored in gold. Rings for hanging on the back. Top part of frame was re-glued. Light damage. Red color faded. Fine condition.
Shiviti colorful and beautiful on parchment, verses and phrases. Jerusalem, end of 19th beginning of 20th Century. 21 x 19 cm. In colors: black, green and red. In the middle of the leaf there is an impressive picture of the Menorah with its cups, caftorim (discs) and flowers, verses of the Psalm lamnazeach. A framework made of quotations and name combinations, illustrations of the palm of the hand (Hamsa), shape of Star of David, vases with flowers and other decorations and motifs, all the work of an artisan. At the beginning of the design it is written: Work of the hand of the youth (HaZair B’Alfei Yisrael) Yedidya son of HaRav Ben Zion, may G-d keep him and guard him, in the Holy City of Jerusalem, may it be speedily rebuilt. Placed in a wooden frame and with old glass, in good condition.

Chapter Lamnazeach in the form of a menorah with the addition of letters of guarding according to Torat HaSod. Leaf decorations and fine serif in bright ink. Small stain in the corner which does not harm the letters. In very good condition.
