Background: Rabbi Yoav Adler, Av Beit Din of Hanshowitz (1877-1942), son of Rabbi Avraham Shalom Av Beit Din of Seredna, (son-in-law of Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac HaLevi Bilitzer Av Beit Din of Nagyida), a disciple of the Shevet Sofer of Pressburg, and Rabbi Yehuda Greenwald Av Beit Din of Satmar, son-in-law of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Av Beit Din of Humenné, served as a Av Beit Din of Dabrowa, and as Av Beit Din of Hanshowitz from 1922.
