Antisemitic poster published in Belgrade on the occasion of an anti-Mason exhibition (opposing Freemasons) which took place in Belgrade in during October, 1941. Despite the official purpose of the exhibition being opposition to Freemasons, in practice, many of the posters and films were antisemitic (including the film The Eternal Jew). The exhibition was organized by the Fascist Party of Serbia, and pretended to prove the conspiracy that Jews, Communists and Freemasons rule the world. Approximately 80,000 people visited the exhibition. The poster depicts a Jewish-looking businessman breaking through the pages of the New York Times captioned [in Serbian]: “97% of the American Press is in Jewish Hands.” [1] leaf, 39.5×54.5 cm.
