The book was first printed by Rabbi Shmuel Gallico and was later edited by Rabbi Menachem Azarya of Fano [1548-1620], a leading posek and kabalist in Italy who authored many halachic and kabalistic works – ten of which were included in his “Asara Ma’amarim”.
