The letter expresses appreciation and a blessing for sending his responsa work, Shu”t Kol Mevaser . The rebbe refers to the sefer in his letter using complimentary expressions: more precious than gold, [your] work of genius … This is followed by many lines of blessings: “May this be a blessing for all of us together, along with the entire Jewish people: may [your] honor live long and share [your] Torah and wisdom with us. May [you] be privileged to publish all [your] precious writings from a place of tranquility, and may [you] be blessed, along with your entire family, to be sealed with blessing for the good …
