Chanukah menorah, Poland, 19th century.
Cast and engraved brass. The menorah’s backplate is latticed, and the upper section features a pair of birds, a pair of lions, and a crown. Two shamashim emerge from either side. The row of candleholders are secured by two nuts, a nut on each side.
