Chumash Shemot with Rash”i’s commentary, that of the Ba’al HaTuri”m, Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonatan ben Uziel, and the Ohr HaChaim’s commentary on the Torah. Meggilat Esther with Targum Sheini is printed after the chumash, and the commentary by the Ohr HaChaim HaKadosh. Rare edition of the chumashim with the Ohr HaChaim commentary and the Chid”a’s commentary, printed in Zhitomir (the most common edition is from 1860).
Lengthy glosses in Ashkenazic script appear along the length of the chumash from the period of printing. The content of the glosses has not been examined in depth, and we do not know the writer’s identity. There are also signatures in the leaves of the sefer , as well as additional notations and glosses, from later periods.
Present here are leaves: 8-178, 16, 9 leaf. Approximately 25 cm. Lacking the first [8] leaves and the last leaf of the prayers.
Moderate-fine condition. Aging stains. Minimal worming perforations. Several leaves have tears in the margins, some with lack. Antique binding, worn.
