2 postage stamps produced in the Sachenhausen concentration camp near Berlin. British postage stamps were forged in Operation Ocean Wave by Himmler’s order, with the goal of producing anti-Russian and antisemitic propaganda. The cross on the king’s crown is replaced with a star of David on these stamps , with the goal of convincing the masses that Jews are the ones who rule Britain.
Operation Bernhard was an operation in which the Nazis employed forced laborers in the Sachenhausen concentration camp, many of whom were Jews, to produce counterfeit British banknotes to collapse the British economy. Those same counterfeiters in the Sachenhausen concentration camp also participated in Operation Ocean Wave, in which they produced counterfeit British postage stamps more for propaganda purposes, in order to distribute amongst the British the belief the war is for the Jews and the Communists.
