Haggadat Rothschild is considered to be the most important and prestigious illustrated haggadah that has no equal in its beauty and the artwork in it. The haggadah was prepared for Moshe ben Yekutiel HaCohen in Northern Italy in 1479.
Special copying work of the original haggadah was done, beginning with a unique photography technique in the Israel Museum, the printing on paper which is true to the original (gsm160) with gold color added by hand to the pictures and the pages and white leather (vellum) cover.
Comes with a book printed on special paper (
Ingres ) with an English explanation and translation of all of the texts. 78 pages. 22 cm.
Both of them are in an elegant slipcase. New condition.
