Detailed halachic responsum, apparently a reply to the question as to whether a non-Jew may be sent to a government court in order to be saved from a substantial financial loss. The writer brings several sources for in-depth examination of this question. It is evident that the one authoring this responsum is a Torah figure with expert mastery of Torah fields. He signs, “… your faithful father, at your service, the small one, Asher.” 1905.
