Original, impressive leather binding with gold embossing. Repair to the front hinge and spine. A few light worming marks on the binding [not affecting the book]. Colored, artistic cut leaves. Restored tear in the original fold of the copperplate engraving of the miniatures Other than the binding, the book is in very fine condition.
