It has been clarifed that the editor of this Chidushei HaRitva was also the editor of the famed “Sha’ar HaShamayim” prayer book of the Shl”a. Rabbi Avraham Horowitz, edited the siddur from the beginning through the conclusion, and added tens/hundreds of prayers, supplications, commentaries and halachot. He designated the prayer text.
