The author was a French scholar, a Professor of theology, Hebrew, philosophy and history. Includes five large folded maps:
1. East of the Mediterranean. 54:35 cm. Laor 155.
2. Map of the Holy Land. 53:40 cm. Laor 153.
3. Israelites’ route in the desert. 35:52 cm. Not listed by Laor.
4. Map of the Garden of Eden – Babylonia. Laor 157.
5. Map of Jerusalem. 34.5:50 cm. Laor 971.
Along with 13 large engravings, printed on one side of the leaf: holy vessels, menorah, Holy Ark, Tabernacle, Priests etc.
There are only a few other known copies with all the maps.
Parchment binding in excellent condition. Colored cut leaves. Light aging stains [dark printing on one leaf]. Very fine condition.
