Kedushat Aharon – Chassidic essays on the weekly Torah portion by Rabbi Aharon Friedman of Sadigura.
Rabbi Aharon Friedman [1877-1913] was a prince in the kingdom of Ruzhin. He was born to Rabbi Yisrael Friedman of Sadigura, a grandson of the rabbi of Ruzhin, and of Esther, daughter of Rabbi Yitzchak of Bohosh. He was named after his grandfather, the author of Beit Aharon of Karlin. He was Rabbi Shalom Yosef Friedman of Husiatyn’s son-in-law. When he was about 30 years old, he was appointed to succeed his father in Sadigura, but to the dismay of his Chassidim, he passed away at a young age. His firstborn and only son, Rabbi Mordechai Shalom Yosef Friedman, was crowned his successor immediately after the funeral, and his approbation is displayed in this book.
