“…This book is copied from manuscript to bring merit to the many and the author is unknown” is written on the title page. According to Shoshana HaLevy in her book, Hebrew Books Printed in Jerusalem No. 112 the author of the book is the gaon Eliyahu Mani Av Beit Din and Rosh Yeshiva of the kabbalists “Beit El”.
