The bill is written according to law and convention using legalistic language such as power of attorney, rights, permits, validity, without any doubt, in no unquestionable terms, in no way can any side appeal, and all kinds of oaths and boycotts. Signed on the bill as witnesses are Rabbi Rahamim Shmuel Pontrimoli, son of the author of the “Petach HaDvir” (two signatures) and Rabbi Shimon Sa’adia, and authorized in handwriting by the great sages of Izmir Rabbi Yehoshua Shlomo Ardit and Rabbi Hayim Binyamin Pontrimoli.
