Lengthy halachic responsum, important and fundamental, by the Admo”r Rabbi Yekutiel Yehudah Halberstam of Sanz, author of Shefa Chaim. Sanz, Netanya, 1969.
This responsum dives deeply into the topics that have always divided Chassidim and their opponents, such as: Tevilat Ezra , Zman Kriyat Shema , sunset according to Rabbeinu Tam, prayer in Sephard text and more.
The responsum is typewritten, and the Admo”r corrected it and added his glosses between the lines and at the end of the letter [approximately 70 words] in his hand. The Admo”r added the following at the end of his letter: “It was the way of our sacred forefathers, to whom the Torah was given directly from one person to the next all the way back to Moshe Rabbeinu…” followed by blessings and his signature.
