Rabbi Moshe [Moses] Chaim Litsch Rosenbaum (1864-1943) was the rabbi of Simleu, and from the year 1894 served as the rabbi of Kleinwardein, and is known by its name. Among his books are

Rabbi Fischel Sofer was the rabbi of the Yere’im congregation of Budapest.
The letter is cut off at the bottom. A small hole at the side. Moderate condition.
