8 pages, Printed jacket title page. 22.5 cm. Lengthy, halachic opinion regarding the suggestion that every Jewish soldier give a divorce to his wife in case he doesn’t return from war. The author discusses the possibility that these wives would be widowed and expands on the need to implement this suggestion. In his halachic discussion, he mentions a “gadol hador”, the Chazon Ish, and dissects his words. This copy features supplements and comments in the hand of the author.
Rabbi Yechezkel Abramsky was a Torah genius. He authored the “Chazon Yechezkel” series on Tosefta. In his later years, he moved to Jerusalem where he led the previous generation of charedi Jewry.
