Letter. A request from the Chief Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Avraham Yitzchak HaCohen Kook to bring the son of the Chassidic Master of Alexander to Israel. 1935.
A request to arrange for a “certifikat” [immigration papers] for David Hirsch Ṭyberg, son of the Chassidic Master Rabbi Yehuda Moshe Ṭyberg of Alexander, author of “Emunat Moshe.”
The Chassidic Master’s father immigrated with some of his family during 1934 and from this stems Rav Kook’s request to arrange for immigration papers for his one who had remained in the Diaspora. This son, of whom much greatness was expected, died while still young in Israel.
