The manuscript opens with the abbreviation “בינ”ו עמ”י עש”ו” [ב’שם י’ נ’עשה ו’נצליח ע’זרי מ’עם י’ ע’ושה ש’מים ו’ארץ], with which sacred sefarim and Kabbalistic sefarim would traditionally start. This is followed by [88] numbered chapters. Each chapter has a separate practical Kabbalistic segulah, incantation or amulet. For example: “To conceive, ” “For protection, ” “For the plague, ” “For victory, ” “To annul a spell, ” “To extract a demon” and much more. Some of the segulahs require use of various common materials, some use incantations and some use the texts of amulets. All are handwritten in full detail with precise instructions.
