Rabbi Chazzan’s especially beautiful owner’s notations appear on the title page and along the leaves of the sefer “Sent to me by Hashem’s beloved and mine … the great author, shlit”a … Yitzchak Yosef son of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsch, shlit”a”; “Yitzchak Yosef Chazzan … scion of the sacred … Rabbeinu Avraham HaKohen of Lask …” and others with several types of his owner’s stamps. Four pages in Rabbi Chazzan’s scipt are bound at the beginning of the sefer with comments and insights on the sefer .
