Early chassidic haggadah with the commentary of the Maggid of Zalosce (1735-1815), a disciple of the Maggid of Mezeritsch and the Maggid of Zlotchov. The first edition was printed in 1817, and was one of the earliest chassidic haggadot. Rabbi Yisrael Yehudah Shapiro, the author’s grandson and the publisher of this work, added many excerpts from the author’s manuscripts to this edition. The last page features the Tzettel Katan from the Noam Elimelech. Two editions of this haggadah were printed in Lemberg that year. Uncommon haggadah, not listed by Yaari.
