[6] leaves in an original leather binding with gilt embossing. Title page with delicate decorations. Colophon at the conclusion with an illustration of hands giving the priestly blessing. “Lamnatzeiach” illustration in the form of a menorah on the title page verso.
The manuscript was written in 1834 by author-artist Yitzchak Yehuda HaKohen of Buda, as per the request of Cantor Moshe b”r Yehuda HaKohen Schuster.
This cantor led the High Holiday prayer services in the Ashkenazic synagogue in Padua for sixty five years! (See his note on the leaf before the title page).
