This book was brought to print by Rabbi Elazar Eliyahu Mizrachi (a Jerusalem sage who passed away at a young age) and published by R’ Michael Roitman of Kleinwardein. R’ Michael printed a letter in this book from R’ Menachem Mendel of Rimanov to R’ Chaim Chartiless about garb that resembles that of the gentiles.
