Decorative silver quill holder with letter opener inside. Filigree. 2 sections. ‘Bezalel Jerusalem. Apparently unsigned. Beginning of the 20th century.

The holder is hollow and the letter opener screws in and serves as the top of the holder. Both made of fine impressive filigree work. The bottom of the pen is made specially to hold the quill. Stamped ‘Bezalel Jerusalem’. The Bezalel silver department opened in 1908, and produced many silver articles between the years 1910 to 1915. Slightly bent. Very good condition
