The book is divided into three parts. The main part is responsa. The second is Talmudic novellae, and the third is sermons delivered by the author. The book is adorned by approbations from rabbinic leaders of the generation: Rabbi Akiva Eiger, approbations from dayanim of Lissa with the permission of Rabbi Ya’akov Loberbaum of Lissa, author of Chavat Da’at , and other approbations.
