Rabbi Yosef Kohen Tzedek 1827-1904 was a preacher and author. He had a close relationship with Torah leaders and was a disciple of Rabbi Shlomo Kluger. He moved to London and served as a preacher in the Dorshei Torah V’Chochmah congregation.
