Rebbe Yehudah Horowitz (d. 1989) was a scion of the Ropshitz dynasty and the son-in-law of Rebbe Chaim Meir Hager of Vizhnitz. He was known as a great Torah scholar and moved in his later years to London. For more information about him refer to the Encyclopedia L’Chassidut, 2, 3-4.
