Background: First edition of the responsa by the Ridbaz [1480-1572], one of the greatest rabbis of all times who lived and was active in the period between the Rishonim and the Achronim. He was among the Spanish exiles, reaching Safed and later Jerusalem. He then migrated to Fez and Cairo, again returning to Jerusalem and Safed. He wrote thousands of responsa, and before us are the first of his responsa to be printed. Today, the book before us is considered part 4 of the responsa.
Condition: Fine-very fine condition. Slight restoration in the upper corner of the title page. Aging stains. Simple binding.
