Condition: Very fine. Three of the volumes [volumes 2,3,4] are in antiquated, matching parchment bindings. These bindings have a quasi-border that fold over the width of the book to protect the margins of its pages. Two volumes [1,5] are in antiquated leather bindings with gold embossing. Light blemishes to the leather bindings. The book of Ezekiel bears a professional restoration to the corners of a number of leaves, not affecting text, in addition to a stain in the margins of one leaf in Proverbs – not in the text.
