Rabbi Zvi Hirsch HaCohen [1898-1969] son of Rabbi Chanoch Chaim, published the Radak’s commentary on Hoshea [New York 1929] and the book Chasdei Hashem [New York, 1934], and wrote the book Ginzei Drashot V’Raayonot [New York, 1933]. A jubilee book was published in his honor in 1939, edited by Rabbi Y.M. Margaliot. More biographical information about him appears on the enclosed page.
